FAQs and Shop Policy

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, I ship everywhere in the world. All orders will be automatically shipped to the address entered upon checkout, so PLEASE make sure you have entered your address correctly. Shipping time may vary based on your location, but you will have a better idea once your tracking number is received.

Do you accept credit card/debit card/PayPal?

Yes, I accept credit card, debit card, PayPal and After pay as well. After pay allows you to make installment payments on any items in the store. It’s a more affordable option for higher priced items as well. Before entering checkout you will see the option to select After pay along with all the details if that works better for you. All prices are in USD but all currencies will be accepted at the current exchange rate.

Do you accept other currencies?

Yes, even though all prices are listed in USD, all currencies will be accepted at the current exchange rate.

When will my order arrive?

Orders can usually take a maximum of 2 weeks or 5-10 business days, (little longer during the holidays). This includes production time along with shipping & handling. I ship my items with either USPS (smaller packages) or UPS (bigger packages). All orders will usually go Priority (2-3 business days) or Ground which is (3-5) according to USPS and UPS.com. For international orders, timing will vary depending on your local customs office. PLEASE NOTE: I am not responsible for any lost packages after it is shipped and enters customs. So please make sure all your shipping info is correct.

How are the prints packaged?

  • All prints that are smaller than 16x20 inches and are not framed will be placed into a protective First Class envelope, apparel will be packaged the same way. Sizes 16x20 inches and up will be packaged accordingly and ensuring no damage is done.

  • Framed prints and canvases will be wrapped with protective bubble packaging and placed in a secure shipping box.

What paper/ink do you use?

The prints are printed on thick archival white fine art paper (either glossy or matte - depending on what is best fit for the individual artwork). The prints are made with 10 archival quality pigment based inks (to put this in perspective, your standard at home color inkjet printer usually has only 3 colors). These inks are guaranteed a vivid and luminous color range to preserve the look of the original artwork, and are designed to last over 200 years without fading. Lastly, I produce each print at 600dpi, which gives insanely realistic detail compared to the original artwork.

Do the prints have a margin/border?

Yes, the margin will vary depending on the original aspect ratio of the artwork, but there is usually at least a 1/4" margin on the left and right sides, and at least a 1/2" margin on the top and bottom edges. Some prints I do make without the borders. You can always request to have your print with or without the border as well before checking out.

What is the

return/refund policy?

Due to the nature of artworks and because I'm a one-person artist business,
please order at your own risk for all international orders. If your local post office is prone to losing items, please contact me to arrange a different courier.
I am not responsible for the packages lost due to USPS or UPS , as it will be my loss as well, but might be able to replace your print on a case-by-case basis, provided that the buyer pays for another shipping charge.

If your item happens to be damaged in the process of shipment, please provide an email to (mikehamart94@gmail.com) with pictures and details of the damages along with your order number within at least 72 hours upon receiving and I can look into giving you a replacement of the item.

Thank You.
